Support through Community Connection
7 June 2021
Too often people go without relief when it’s really needed. They lack the support or the funds to get vital help, and suffer immensely as a consequence.

Imagine having ample resources available to provide day-to-day assistance, for free.
It’s frustrating knowing we already have the resources available to provide support and assistance to our vulnerable and disadvantaged. It’s already within our community and we just need to tap into it.

How Is Relief Accessed?

The Mind For Me Foundation uses a platform to connect people within their neighbourhoods. With our training and support, networks can be safely established, and when a hand is needed, a request goes out to the network and within the neighbourhood.

  • Breaks down barriers in asking for help.
  • Gives control over asking for help, and who is asked.
  • No longer a favour or volunteering, yet without the cost.
  • Reducing loneliness and isolation whilst giving the comfort of support.

Empowerment with pride. The Mind For Me Foundation addresses needs that doesn’t distinguish, separate or even identify those that may be struggling.  They are a part of our community, and are seen and treated as such and with respect.
