History
The Mind For Me Foundation was established to focus on sustainable support and assistance for those that are vulnerable and disadvantaged, and ensure they are properly equipped to be able to access it.
The Mind For Me platform was built for everyone in the community to provide each other with a helping hand that's needed, when it's needed. Mind For Me always wanted to have support and assistance available to those that are less fortunate, without cost.
How We Achieve It
With so many wonderful organisations already assisting those less fortunate, we partner and provide services through these organisations to reach those in need.
We believe it's more efficient and we can reach more people in need by working with those already on the front line. We'll make the Mind For Me platform available through them and provide the training and assistance to ensure those that are disadvantaged and vulnerable can not only access the platform but are properly equipped to establish their community support networks and draw help from them.
